Privacy

HALUNE collects nothing.

No account, no server

Your name (if you give one), birth date, birth time, birthplace and settings are stored on your phone and nowhere else.

No analytics, advertising or tracking

The app contains no code that reports what you do, and it makes no network requests. The sky is calculated on your phone, and place names come from a list inside the app.

Notifications

They are optional and scheduled on your phone. Nothing is sent from outside.

Deleting and exporting

Settings → Delete everything removes your birth details, the record of days shown and every scheduled notification. Deleting the app does the same. Settings → Export your data gives you what is stored as readable text.

This website

These pages set no cookies and load nothing from other sites.

If any of this changes, this page will say so before the app does.
